Is this financial advice?
No. I'm not a licensed financial advisor. This is habit and accountability coaching — for people who know what they should be doing and need help actually doing it, alongside someone who understands the emotional weight underneath it.
What if I'm starting from a lot of debt?
That's exactly who this is for. We start with where you are. There is no version of your numbers that would make me flinch — I've heard it, and I've lived a version of it.
Do you work with couples?
Yes. Money habits involve more than one person in most households, and sessions can include a partner. Some of the most important work happens when two people finally talk about this stuff in the same room.
What if I'm not sure I'm ready?
That feeling — "I should get a little further along before I ask for help" — is usually the cycle talking. You don't have to be ready. You just have to show up. That's the whole habit.
